We live in a VUCA world – Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous one. To survive and thrive in such a world, leaders are forced to look for new ways of thinking and doing their work. Specifically, during this period of the global pandemic, leaders are required to maintain a high level of situational awareness and regulation so that they could adapt their leadership styles and behaviors to meet the needs of the hour to be effective. This calls for gaining and practicing sets of adaptive leadership skills.
